Some players will choose to utilise the pin protection feature of the app. When this is the case, a red padlock will display next to their name when processing the payment
When a player has used the pin protection feature, a red padlock will display next to their name when processing the payment. This will pause the payment and not allow any other payments to go through until the PIN has been entered.
To unlock this payment, that player or parent must enter their 4-digit PIN on the captain's device. Once you have clicked the red padlock, a screen will appear to enter their PIN code. Once this is done, payment can proceed.
