If you have forgotten your password, you will have to reset this using the automated email link.
At the login page fo the app, click 'I forgot my password'. This will take you to a new page where you can enter the email that you registered your Teampay account with. After submitting we will send an automated email that will prompt you to reset a new password for your account.
If you do not see your email, please also check your SPAM and Junk folers in your email account.
